Glentui Meadows, nestled in a native beech forest 50 minutes from Christchurch airport, is the perfect setting for school, sport, conference, wedding and special-interest groups. We can accommodate up to 165 people – from self-contained apartments to bunk rooms. Your stay can be fully catered or self-catered in our commercial kitchen. Activities for you and/or your group include: canyoning, abseiling, orienteering, archery, team building and bush walks. Our complex also boasts two large conference rooms and a large dining hall.
Kokako Lodge is nestled in the Hunua Falls Regional Park 30 minutes from Papakura, South Auckland.
We have bunk room and marae style sleeping for 98 and partner with HFC (Hunua Falls Camp) next door (with a further 120 bunks) giving us a capacity for 200 students at any one time.
Within our camp we have quality high ropes, abseiling, archery and team building games as well as having a Music Room with piano, electric drums, bass and acoustic guitars. We have a large and new commercial kitchen for self or contract catering.
Just outside our gates (walking distance) we operate kayaking and water activities on the Hunua Falls and multiple streams and rivers in the area. We run day and overnight bush tramps and offer education (plants you can eat). There are a multitude of authentic EOTC opportunities from water quality sampling to other maths and science activities.
We operate a ‘Challenge by Choice’ model for personal development, support Spoken Word (and Reflection Journals) and our Kaupapa is, “I am Me – I am Worthwhile”.
