What causes an over-production of Staphylococcus?

What causes an over-production of Staphylococcus, which causes all sorts of health problems from constant flare-ups of boils to an ongoing sore throat? Other than antibiotics what is the cure?



Now that is a great question. Off the top of my head I would say acid imbalance and candida or a parasitic infection. See the candida articles and start drinking a quarter teaspoon of turmeric in hot water before bed and first thing. You can also bath in 1 kilo of it (buy it from a bulk store/ Indian spice warehouse). It will stain you yellow but you can sauna it out.

The other thing that may make you more susceptible to an infection on or in the skin is weak blood and you should look to strengthen the blood. The following things will help: Anaerobic environments so oxygenating that stuff will help. Even applying baking soda topically may work. Sauna followed by an ice cold shower and then repeat two or three times.

Other things worth trying:

  • Goldenseal – one of my favourites but it’s prescription only from the health food store
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Greens – lots of them
  • Dairy free acidophilus tablets
  • Coconut oil my be applied topically or internally as can turmeric
  • White tea brewed at 85 degrees Celsius

You should also avoid the following, as these will feed the infection:

  • Dairy
  • Mushrooms
  • Starches
  • Sugar
  • Alcohol
  • Meat
  • Wheat

Remedies:

  • Focus on breathing out to expel the air and allow in-breathing to take care of itself.
  • Rub cider vinegar all over the body, leave for 10 minutes then have a shower.
  • Drink onion soup made from 200g red onions every day.
  • Have 1/2 lettuce a day (raw or cooked).
  • Eat as much raw food as you can.

Fresh Juice Recipe:
Prepare 750ml from equal amounts of the following juices:

  • Celery
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
    Drink half for breakfast and the remaining half later in the day.

Take 1 tablespoon of dandelion with roots (from a herbalist) and boil in 500ml of water until 125ml remains. Add 375ml of equal amounts of the following juices:

  • Carrot
  • Raw beetroot
  • Parsley
  • Radishes (with leaves)
  • Drink l1/2 litres a day.

Make 500ml from equal amounts of these juices:

  • Carrot
  • Raw beetroot
  • Spinach
  • Cucumber
  • Add a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/4 teaspoon turmeric. Drink undiluted 3 times a day when stomach is empty.

I would do one juice recipe a week and then change for the next juice recipe each will have a detoxing and strengthening effect.
Oh and avoid alcohol!!!
