Certificate in Airline Customer Service incorporates the National Certificate in Tourism (Core Skills) (Level 3) & the National Certificate in Aviation (Core Skills)(Level 3). Prepares people for front line roles in the aviation and wider tourism industry. Students must successfully complete a pre-entry assessment, be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer facing role. Graduates are able to seek roles including flight attendant, customer services assistant and contact centre consultant.
