WELCOMES GROUPS, FAMILIES AND THE INDIVIDUAL TRAVELLER - ASK ABOUT OUR GROUP RATES

Hokitika is a notable West Coast tourist town, located near the centre of the major scenic and outdoor education activities on the West Coast. Within a two hour drive of Hokitika there are three National Parks, six Major Lakes and many kilometres of walking tracks.

This makes Hokitika a great place to base a school camp. We have accommodation to fit different size groups. From self-contained units to
standard cabins that sleep 2 to 10 , plus tent and power sites. We have full kitchen, shower and toilet facilities for groups of 30 or more.
For more on our wide range of accommodation options take a look at our web page.

The Hokitika Holiday Park recognises this and provides great value accommodation for groups, for single or multi day stays.
Whether you plan to bring tents, use our cabin accommodation or like to move up to well appointed self contained units, the choice is yours. All cabins and self contained units have a bottom sheet, duvet, and pillows on every bed. Bring only your sleeping bag or for a small extra charge linen can be provided.
The park has an excellent central kitchen which has two ovens, three cook tops, a microware, pots, pans, plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups and glasses for your cooking needs.

We also have two BBQs for another cooking option. Plenty of dining seating is available in the kitchen or outside on the picnic tables.
The shower and toilet block has five showers and three toilets in each. This block is coal heated so there is ample hot water for all to have a hot showers. We have two playgrounds and large grounds to play on. Also provided is a laundry with three Maytag washing machine and four Maytag dryers, these operate on coins.

We have a comfortable TV room where you can watch TV, read, or use your laptop to keep in touch. Wireless internet is provided at a small extra charge.
Your hosts Ron and Jan both have extensive knowledge of the West Coast and are happy, prior and during your visit, to offer information and contact details on places of interest for school groups and individuals.
